On Friends and Enemies ..

Thank you to Charles Blow in todays NY Times article for calling the enemy the enemy. You cannot be friends with someone who plays by different rules and uses your vulnerabilities against you.
Too often we project our principles onto others, rationalizing and seeing moral equivalency where there is none.
Mitch McConnell is not Joe Biden’s friend, not a man of principle or of his word. He is a craven seeker of power willing to go to any lengths to win. He is not a man of honor. How can Joe Biden dignify his behavior except through the eyes of old white men affinity groupies?
